How we price advisory work
Dogwood Way uses fixed-fee engagements wherever possible so owners know the cost before work begins. Fees reflect the depth of fieldwork, number of sites, staff count, and travel requirements — not hourly billing that grows without warning.

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added where applicable.
What affects your quote
- Number of sites. Multi-location businesses require additional travel days and duplicated interviews.
- Staff size. Larger teams mean more interviews and broader process mapping.
- Interstate travel. Flights and accommodation are passed through at cost with prior agreement.
- Urgency. Expedited timelines that require rescheduling other clients may carry a modest premium, discussed upfront.
Follow-on support
Some clients engage us for quarterly check-ins after a review. These are optional half-day sessions billed at $2,400 per visit or $8,200 for a four-visit annual retainer. There is no obligation to continue.
Discovery calls
The initial 30-minute discovery call is free. It helps us understand your situation and confirm whether our services match your needs before any fee is quoted.
Payment terms
- 40% deposit on engagement acceptance
- 40% at midpoint (or week two for shorter engagements)
- 20% on final delivery
Invoices are payable within 14 days. Bank transfer is preferred.
